Overview Searching for Entity Types Term Category Match Type Status

Overview

The Refine link opens a search menu you can use to filter the Entity Types list to narrow down which entity types display. Typing in the search field narrows the filter options. Search based on term, category, match type, or status. 

Searching for Entity Types

  1. Expand the Manage section in the left menu.
  2. Click Entity Types. 
  3. Click Refine.

  4. Click the search type you want to use.
 

Term

This allows you to search for entity types based on the search criteria you enter in the field. When you click Apply, the Entity Types list will display only entity types that match your search criteria.

 
 

Category

Use this option to filter the entity types based on the category assigned to the entity type. In addition to the preinstalled categories, any custom categories you create will display as a filter value and can be used to filter the list. Select the category in the list.

 
 

Match Type

Use this option to filter the entity types based on a specific match type: Block list, Classification, Regular Expression, or Transformation. Select the match type.

 
 

Status

Use this option to show only the active or inactive entity types. Select the status.

 
 

 

  1. Enter or select the search criteria. 
  2. Click Apply.
