Migration Overview Report
Learn about the information available for review on the Overview report.
The Overview report provides detailed transfer information for the individual job. The percentages displayed are intended to give a quick summary of the content. If rounding applies to one of the values, the total of the percentages may not equal exactly 100%.

- Schedule: This section provides information on how many times the job has been executed, when the job will run again, and progress towards meeting the job stop policy defined.
- Transfer Details-Identified Chart: This chart reports on the content identified on the source platform and item status summary. Hovering over a chart segment displays the status, number of items in this status, and the percentage of the total items these items make up for the job.
The file and folder counts for a content scan may not match those for a migration job using the same location. This variance is because migration jobs include the root folder in the folder count, but content scans do not. Migration jobs also include ignored/filtered content in the counts for auditing purposes, but content scans do not include filtered content in the counts.
- Transfer Details-Revised Chart: This chart reports content that DryvIQ revised during transfer to meet destination requirements and user-defined job configurations. Hovering on a segment of the chart displays the revised reason, the number of items in this category, and the percentage of the total items these items make up for the job.
- Transfer Details-Flagged Chart: This chart reports the content that DryvIQ could not transfer. Manual remediation is required. Hovering on a segment of the chart displays the flagged reason, the number of items in this category, and the percentage of the total items these items make up for the job.
- Run Breakdown Report: This section provides the job history information for each execution for the given job. Values in the run breakdown may differ from values presented in the charts. This is because the run breakdown tracks each individual occurrence, whereas an item can only exist in a single chart category. For example, when an item is truncated AND ignored, it would not show up in the "Revised" chart but would show up in the "Revised" run breakdown. The run breakdown also shows both files and folder values. The charts display files and folder values separately. The "Transfer Details" dropdown is available to switch between display values.

You can view the content based on the source or destination and filter it to include only files, folders, or data. Additionally, each category can be used to drill down into the content. If you click a category in a list or a segment in a graph, you will be taken to the Items tab, and it will automatically be filtered to display just the items in the selected category.

Source and Destination Discrepancies
In some circumstances, the number of bytes on the destination may be higher than the number of bytes listed on the source. This discrepancy is caused by property promotion on Word documents.
SharePoint Online
SharePoint Online attempts to fill in metadata, which may cause issues such as incorrect Managed Metadata. To mitigate this, ensure that metadata mapping is included in the job. If you change SharePoint Online metadata, it embeds the data and creates a new file version. This will affect sync jobs.
