Overview
When an empty chart is displayed, DryvIQ will display various messages to identify the cause of the empty state. This will help you understand if the result is due to a missing data source, an incomplete data source that requires additional configuration, or filters that aren’t returning results. The messages help you understand what you can adjust to get the chart to return results. Refer to the information below for specific messages and troubleshooting instructions.
No data available
This message displays when no data has been selected. Verify that a data source has been applied to the chart, and verify the settings for the data source configuration (gear icon). The criteria in this configuration may be causing the data source to return no data.

No data found (missing data source aggregate)
This message will display for customer insights charts if the selected data source is incomplete (missing an aggregate needed to pull data). Edit the data source and add the necessary aggregates.

No data meets the selected criteria
The applied Filter or Refine criteria returned no data. Adjust the criteria as needed.
